COMMUNITY RESOURCE CENTER

The Community Resource Center provides basic household necessities to nonprofit agencies and their clients in need. We work with more than 100 nonprofit agencies in Middle Tennessee, such as homeless shelters, youth ranches, refugee resettlement services, domestic violence shelters, halfway houses, programs for the mentally and physically challenged, and programs for disadvantaged seniors and children. We supply bedding (blankets, sheets, pillows), kitchenware, bath items, clothing, personal hygiene products and decorative home items.

For instance, we supply basic household goods to homeless people entering transitional housing who arrive at their new home with nothing but a paper bag holding their possessions. We also supply household goods to Habitat for Humanity homeowners and World Relief clients who are refugees who come to this country with nothing but the clothes on their backs.
